Dodo is a prominent telecommunications company in Australia. The objective is to elevate the brand presence and enhance the user experience on the website, ultimately fostering customer engagement and loyalty. By addressing identified issues and implementing the proposed solution, Dodo wanted to establish itself as a frontrunner in the industry.
Research and develop a new brand language and online presence
The telco landscape is one that's competitive quick and unpredictable. The new branding needed modern and hold onto the important brand heritage that most Australians know over the last 20 years.
I was inspired to create a new illustration style that would be simple, unique and timeless. I knew this direction will enable design team to create their illustrations from a simple formula that I would develop for them.
I worked closely with the design team and wider marketing department to create a style guide that will inform all of our Ooh and digital marketing designs.
